Going radical

Don’t fight what you can’t change. And what you don’t fight you need to accept. Radically accept. It goes like this: It’s not how you want it to be, nor how it should be. It is how it is. It’s our thoughts about what happened that are at the root of a lot of our pain and anguish. It may anger us to hear it, but it is a more powerful place to stand; a place of liberation from which we have agency to make a change. What happened happened; it’s what we do about it next that counts.

Anais Nin: “We don’t see things as they are; we see things as WE are.”

Be the radical acceptance and free yourself to see what happens when you are.
