Letting go

Take a break from your heartbreak: Imagine that your ex-partner is on the other end of a tug of war. You keep pulling for fear that you’ll fall into the big black hole of despair between you both if you don’t. Let go though and you’ll actually fall backwards, dust yourself off and get back up again; equilibrium restored. Be in the elasticity of letting go. The tighter we hold on and the more we resist, the more any problem persists. Letting go is the first step in the law of love physics to bouncing back.
